Skyline Soirée
A high-rise corporate evening staged against the Strip — passed bites, a sushi display and grazing styled to the city lights below.
Some rooms come with their own drama. For this corporate evening the view was the décor — floor-to-ceiling glass over the Las Vegas Strip — so we let the food do the talking against it.
A sushi boat and passed canapés opened the night, followed by a warm grazing spread staged low so nothing competed with the skyline. Clean black risers, gold accents and tight, deliberate plating kept the display sharp enough to read as luxury from across the room, and close enough to reward a second look.
