The Grazing Table
An abundant grazing spread — Mediterranean boards, California charcuterie and seasonal fruit — styled as the centerpiece of the room.
A grazing table should feel less like catering and more like a still life you happen to be allowed to eat. For this spread we composed height, color and texture across the length of a marble island — cured meats and aged cheeses, dragon fruit and citrus, honeycomb, olives and warm bread — each element placed so the eye keeps moving.
Candlelight, polished stone and disciplined negative space turn an ordinary buffet into the room’s quiet focal point.
