In the Details
Grazing boards, gold-leaf trays and canapés composed like still lifes — the small, deliberate touches guests photograph before they touch.
Guests rarely remember a buffet. They remember the feeling of arriving to something made for them — dragon fruit fanned beside cured meats, shrimp arranged in a gold-leaf bowl, tuna tartare set on black lacquer, every tray composed like a still life.
We obsess over these small decisions because they are the ones people carry home.
